Weighted Airman Promotion System

The Air Force recognizes that preparation for promotion testing is an important endeavor for members striving for career advancement. Senior Air Force leadership made a commitment to provide a personal set
of Weighted Airman Promotion System (WAPS) CDCs to each enlisted member competing for promotion.
The Barnes Center for Enlisted Education is responsible for procuring, printing, and distributing nearly 90,000 individual WAPS study reference material packages annually to every eligible member throughout the world. This is a lengthy, yet time-sensitive program that employs the collective team effort of all branches.
