INTERLIBRARY LOAN REQUEST FORM

This form is for Air University students, faculty, and staff who are requesting materials not available through Air University Library.  You must be currently affiliated with Air University or Maxwell AFB. Requests from unaffiliated persons will be returned unprocessed.

If you have not already done so please verify whether or not online catalog, has the title you are requesting before submitting an interlibrary loan request. If you need assistance, you may review Our Service Policy or call (334)953-7223.
