U.S. Department of State - includes country and regional information.

Armed Forces Information


Jane's Online - global defense, geopolitical, transportation and law enforcement information.  Restricted to AU students.

Periscope - open source intelligence on orders of battle and equipment inventories for 150 nations.  Also provides technical descriptions and characteristics for more than 4,500 global weapon systems.  Restricted to AU students.

EbscoHost - articles from over 4,800 journals, over 1000 in full-text.  Includes translation of some articles into French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German and other languages. Restricted to AU students.
