Air University Portal Information

• AUSIS allows the option of logging in with either a DoD-issued Common Access Card (CAC), or username/password. Students and ESOs should continue to use the AUSIS log-in page, and you will be automatically redirected to the Air University (AU) Portal to create/log into an AU Portal account.
  
  
• Education offices, ESOs, and TCFs must create an AU Portal account, but will also be required to submit a request for AUSIS access after creating the AU Portal account (select "Request ESO Access" button).
  
  
• Creating AU Portal Username/Password: If you have an AU Portal account via CAC and need to establish a username/password, select the "Login" button on the AUSIS home page to redirect you to the AU Portal site. Log into AU Portal and select My Info - Account Info on the left-hand menu. This will provide your username and allow you to establish a 15-character password.

Announcements

• The recently released Quadrennial Defense Review dated Feb 2010 has been posted in AUSIS under the Resources link on the left-hand menu, and select Strategic Documents --> US Strategic Documents.

• Windows 7 compatible version of CAC middleware (ActivClient 6.2) for home use will not be available until Feb 2010 at the earliest. We will provide further updates as they become available.

• The Air University Student Information System (AUSIS) may be down Wednesdays 0630-0800 CST and Saturdays 1800-2400 CST for scheduled maintenance.

New Students (Getting Started)

• Officer Developmental Education: Please review the memo from HQ USAF/CV regarding Officer Developmental Education.

• Enrolling: Please visit the 17th Edition page for information regarding enrollment in AWC Distance Learning or go to the Student Information System link on the right side of this page to enroll.
