collaboration site that is paired with APCSS (Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies), COE, PDC and recently GDIN-International (Global Disaster Information Network) . As APAN develops a customer base, we hope that it will create and sustain multilateral discussion between military staff in the Asia Pacific AOR primarily in issues of military support to civilian authorities for HA/DR (Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief) and Peace Support Operations.
