Deadline for clearance submission is July 1, 2008. A minimum SECRET clearance is required for participants of the Cyberspace Policy and Law seminars. Unit Security Managers must pass visit requests via JPAS to SMO MG0JFCLX6, or fax to (334) 953-9588. Refer questions to (334) 953-1399. Accompanying personnel also require a minimum SECRET clearance for access to the Cyberspace Policy and Law seminars.

Civilians: casual business attire
What lodging accommodations are available?
The symposium support staff will coordinate lodging based on information received via the online registration. The support staff anticipates all participants will be billeted on base at Maxwell AFB. Please do not contact Maxwell Lodging directly.
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will be provided from lodging to and from on-base symposium events.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please advise the support staff via email at Symposium2008 if you become unable to attend. The staff will officially cancel your registration. This notification is imperative to ensure proper participant accounting.
