Apply for an AFJROTC Unit
To view the AFJROTC Informational Brochure, click here. The information in this brochure describes the essential features of the program. The first step in the selection process to host an Air Force Junior ROTC unit is to complete an application. Our School Application is available on-line (previous editions of the application form are obsolete) and the link is provided below. Print the form first by selecting the Print button located at the bottom of the form. The blank form will assist you in gathering information and submitting your application on-line. Allow yourself enough time to complete the application during a single session, as you cannot currently save your data.
The application cycle for units opening in July 2009 is closed.
To be considered for an AFJROTC unit opening in July 2010, all applications and application signature pages must be received no later than 15 April 2009. Applications received after 15 April 2009 will be considered for units opening in July 2011. No application will be accepted from a school wihout a 9th - 12th grade enrollment of at least 800.

The on-line application is best viewed with Internet Explorer Versions 5.5 and later. We suggest using Version 6.0. You may download this version at www.microsoft.com/downloads. Also, you need to be running the Windows 98 operating system or higher. If you experience difficulty submitting your application, please refer to the Application Help Sheet provided at the hyperlink.
