The Cyberspace and Information Operations Study Center was established at the Air War College in 2005. Our purpose is to contribute to the USAF and Joint Cyberspace and Info-Ops communities strategic and operational understanding and application of 21st century Information Age operations.
Our academic program:
(a) is embedded in the core and elective Senior Professional Military Education curriculum,
(b) provides support for focused research and writing to students and faculty,
(c) coordinates with sister service and interagency Senior PME while linking Air University with the larger community of Cyberspace and Info-Ops researchers and practitioners and,
(d) links future senior leaders to these larger communities as research partners.
